You have the coolest garden style junk….its not junk..it is Vintage Garden Art!!! I love looking at your creations and seeing what I could make myself. If only I could find colored hoses I would make one of them… Sigh!!
And I saw quite a few colorful hoses, but knew I still had a good stash. I want to make a couple wreaths for my booth!
Hi Lora ~ I love checking out all of your vintage finds especially for the garden. My desire is to incorporate Bible verses on signs etc in my gardens. I pinned the idea to put a fork upside down and then use it as a hook for signs today. My questions are:
1. What do you use to preserve your wood pieces to prevent them from rotting from the elements?
2. Do you have any other ideas for scriptural signs?
I look forward to checking out your booth in Buffalo. I also live in MN so relate to your weather posts as well. I’ve been busy raking off my flower beds and pruning. There is nothing like being in God’s creation.
Looking forward to your wisdom. Thank you.
Debbie
I need to get my gardens raked off and porch cleaned up, too! Love the idea of incorporating scripture in your garden, Debbie. If they’re wood signs, you would definitely want to seal them with outdoor poly. And probably take them in for the winter. Even then, they won’t last forever with our climate. I’d check Pinterest for ideas; there’s usually plenty there. Thanks for reading!
So many great ideas! Shared to my FB page. Hope you had a wonderful Easter!
Thanks for sharing, Cindy!
