  1. This is probably the most beautiful I have seen your home! It is just wonderful decorated for winter. So many gorgeous treasures and lots of green too, my favorite!

Thank you so much for joining this hop!

  2. Lora your living room is so cozy! I love how you decorated it for winter! That tiered tray is so cool!

Thanks, Stacy:) We made 2 of those tiered trays years ago; I’ve used them so many ways. The tutorial is on the blog; probably should have linked to that (faceplant).

I’ve read your blog for some time now. I always enjoy your vintage decor, but this is, by far, my favorite! All the vintage pieces work well together. I really like the library theme. Wish I hadn’t already decorated for winter or would copy! Hope I remember this for next winter.

    1. Lora Bloomquist says:

I really appreciate that, Barb! The library theme is so cozy for winter:)

  4. Oh wow, I’m loving all those amazing vintage clocks and faces. Mixed with the globes and suitcases it’s such a fun vintage theme for the new year. Your house looks so homey and cozy. LOVE it! Have a great cozy weekend!

It’s been so cold, so it’s nice to turn all the lights on and hibernate!

  5. I’m so amazed by how many vintage collections you have Lora. I would be a kid at Christmas in your home. Now this is the way to beat the winter blahs. Nicely done my friend.

    1. Lora Bloomquist says:

Yes, way too many collections, but they are so fun to decorate with! I appreciate that, Kim:)

  6. Friend, where do I start?! It all looks so cozy and inviting. From the napkins and adorable plates with button garland on the table to the stacked suitcases and 26 clock faces… It’s all seriously magazine worthy coziness. You’ve done such a beautiful job. And finding those dining chairs makes your room really stand out. Love the piano and the keys on the wall! Are those keys? Whatever they are, I want some!

    1. Lora Bloomquist says:

Yep, they’re the guts of a piano;) Kind of like a piano over a piano theme; fun architecture. Find a free old piano and carefully take it apart-great decor potential!

  7. Your living room is the perfect spot to enjoy watching tv or reading a book by the fire.

    1. Lora Bloomquist says:

Yes, doing both this cold winter!

  8. This post fills my heart with joy! From the cozy yarn ball garland to the darling dishes that look like snowflakes! Loved the reel!
