  1. These look great! My SO has recently become gluten intolerant but is diabetic (diet controlled). I am gonna try this with 1/2 Truvia Baking mix sugar (3/4 less calories) and not all of the goodies. Oatmeal and peanut butter sounds like a filling combo. I bet kids would eat it for breakfast! And I think I’ll try it for my church bazaar as a gluten free option!

      I totally use the sugar substitute, too, Kathy; we’re both type 2, so any less carbs is a good thing! And I do eat these for breakfast:)

  2. Same story with melomakarona (Greek Christmas honey cookies)!We bake them only during Christmas!Very nice recipe, loved your photos too!
